Which branch of the FSB do you work for, comrade?
This looks to be copied straight from Russian state media talking points that are still having a hard time glossing over the enormous casualties, material losses, failed objectives, galvanization of NATO and decimation of the Black Sea Fleet.
If your definition of “winning” is losing 1/3 of your ground combat power and about 1/4 of your fleet, you guys are kicking ass… but the rest of us call that “losing”.
