How exactly is he "winning" at the strategic level?

You do know that Finland and Sweden are about to throw aside 70 and 200 years of neutrality aside and join NATO, right?

That doesn't happen because you're "winning".

It means that in Hitler-esque fashion, the little tinpot dictator finally bit off more than he could chew, and the world, specifically Europe, has had enough.

Then, you also make this claim that somehow the Russians are "more successful" in the South and East... At the outset, this was true because the defense of Ukraine was weighted towards defending Kyiv. Did you forget the vast swath of territory seize around Kyiv , Suma and Kharkiv? Apparently, so did the Russians because they don't hold it any more.

Now that those areas are cleared, Ukrainian forces are focused on recapturing territory in the South and East. And they are the ones who are winning.

And frankly, the in the rest of your article you come of like a derranged Q-Anon nut job. This war is not about the sins of the U.S. There is no moral equivelance, and the bad actions on the U.S. do not excuse, or somehow make better, the actions of Russia.
